The 3 September checkpoint shifted attention towards daily use. The sidebar gained a clearer Vaults group, with the current vault highlighted and other vaults available directly. Creating, switching and organising vaults became more central to the interface.
Favorites and recoverable Trash made the records themselves easier to live with. Frequently needed items could be kept close, and deleting a record became something that could be undone before choosing permanent deletion. Bulk moving and copying between vaults also gained a backup-first workflow.
Template Builder received a similar clarity pass. It now began with an explicit choice to open, create or copy a template, rather than quietly displaying the first saved one. Saving a copied template’s identity became more obvious too. These are the kinds of details that determine whether a flexible tool feels understandable.
The development policy for expired Small Business access was also clarified: existing vaults and records remain accessible for viewing, copying, export and backup while new business activity pauses. This checkpoint tied the interface and supporting copy together around a consistent idea—organising information should not make that information harder to recover or keep.
